i talked to jared this morning and its not as bad as his father and i understood. damn his captian. both his legs are broken...you're probably thinking...that's a good thing? well it is cause i was under the impression that he was going to also loose a foot. well he's not. legs are broke which he can recover from and not have to leave the marines, schrapnal damage to his chest is healing well. they've gotten 90% of it out, there's still a substantial sized chunk in his right peck, but they're going to give it time to work itself out. eww right? anyway...im going to see him again in THREE DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yay for me!!!! havent seen him in six months, and i get to see him again. i've come to the conclusion that Im not going to be eating or even thinking about food until after i see him again.
