non spoilery: I don't know how they do it, but Chuck and Sarah make hands the hottest thing ever.
FINALLY. JUST, FINALLY. Not that we haven't had great moments in which they make out already, but this time it was just them. No anything else and it was just GUH. In a motel room, in the morning, and the woke up and just *LOOKED* at each other for about ten seconds before they gave in, because they knew they could. *dead of hotness* Then Morgan cockblocks them depriving me from my cute post-fade-to-black-because-we're-on-at-eight-on-primetime sex bed banter time. But it's OKAY, because they were adorable in the cell later and Chuck "don't move, don't move, don't move, I'll be right back." to then find out that Morgan took his emergency condom was great. Only Chuck can make the safe sex issue that flawlessly amusing and adorable.
Still, where's the fic in where the condom was not stolen? WHERE? (Okay, it's been one day, but still.)
Casey was great throughout the whole episode. He just wanted to be included! *hearts* And he and Chuck are friends, about time he admitted that.
Morgan's dream was hilarious and perfect. Him and Anna are still/back together! *G*
BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, AWESOME FOUND OUT. *FLAILS* Oh, Devon! (Show, this better not mean something Bad happens to him now. Awesome Protection Agency is on the look out.) Chuck brought his dad back for Ellie, which was obviously going to be excuse for being MIA, but I love the Bartowski family. All of them and his dad made the Cube!Intersect for him, to get the old one out. Go, Dad.
Now, I'm just curious about the season finale, bc obviously Roark is going to be evil, but how will the season end? Chuck technically has not more connections to the Spy World with the Intersect out, but clearly there's going to be something to hook in for s3. I don't think they'll put the Intersect back in him in the finale; possibly kidnap him though, or something, but I dunno. We'll see.....
(Is the Fulcrum leader-leader going to be Irina Derveko? I can only hope!)
