This is what i got up to on the weekend - Alice's Yellow Porsche! (from Twilight).  My hubby recognised it as a Porsche, so i'm pretty happy about that.  I've been playing with this pattern for a bit now, so i'm glad to finally sew it.

I've been beavering away on several quilt block designs at the moment and i've finally got around to testing a few of them.  Here is one of my Twilight themed ones i'm particularly happy with.  Its a paper pieced (foundation piecing) style quilt block.  I did the original pattern in 5", then took one look at all the tiny pieces and enlarge it up to ( Read more... )
