(no subject)
For those of you that don't know, Jody and I have broken up, probably for good. The circumstances are no one's business but our own, but needless to say it was a process that took a couple of painful weeks and came to a full conclusion only recently.

My life has kind of been turned upside down by all of this. I'm not sure whether it's for the best or not, but a change had to happen, and so far I've been doing alright. The future, both this summer and the years after, are currently up in the air. I went from a man sure of what he wanted to a man who's somewhat adrift. I guess we'll see if I end up with both feet on the ground.
For now I'm just gonna enjoy my senior year. I'm throwing parties, directing a show, and in the cast of Guys and Dolls even though I got ROYALLY fucked (passed over for Nicely Nicely in favor of...the roommate of the director who I like but can't sing the part...*shakes head*). Hopefully everything turns out well.
