I am back in des moines, I missed getting my paycheck yeaterday due to late running busses. I am on day 3 of trying to quit smoking. I have had 1/2 a cigarete. My buddy gave me some nicotine gum which i havent tried yet. I think i will try to hold off on that. Going cold turkey is hard as hell. I think it is the only way to go though.I went to Iowa City for NYE got wasted, and due to that I am done drinking for a while. I hope everyone was well this NYE and i hope to see all of you soon.
