Walls of Ice

Fun dichotomies with marionettes each side moving at a time.
The moon rises over the northern mountains and I stare into the abyss of her beauty
She climbs higher radiating colors
Moonbows dancing back and forth in my mind to the beat of the bass drum
Sitting on a rock
Communing with the Trickster goddess
I see beyond that warm caressing exterior.
Sweet and innocent with luscious foliage
Like the gentle embracing earth
but fire is still burning in her eyes behind those walls of ice
It is only time
Time nonexistent
Burning behind those walls of ice

Holding me down with vine soon they become barbed with thorns
Sweet gentle face breaks open revealing the chaos beneath
Screams in the heavens vile anger betrayal of trust
Opening the walls
Those walls of Ice
Let the fire out
Let it burn out existence
