Because I'm obsessive and like lists and maps and things, and have been trying to remember as much as possible of Sleep No More since (at least visually) it's large part of my inspiration for my final project.
So far the only people I know who's been to this is Simon,

Imma give you some hints and advice, without getting too spoilery.
-Wear comfortable shoes. REALLY. Not only will you walk a lot, you might be running up and down stairs.
-Wear something nice, as long as you don't mind it getting stained. You might get blood on you.
-Fortune favours the bold. Don't go to the point of being obnoxiously troublesome of course, but you can hover over actors shoulders and follow them closely if you want -- they might even reward you for it. If there's somewhere you shouldn't be, you will be stopped. (The actors actually like people getting in the way, as it lets them interact with them.)
-If you're offered something (a hand, a drink..), take it. It's more interesting that way, and might lead you to a one-on-one. More or less any of the characters can give you a one-on-one scene, if you're lucky.
-Don't be afraid to follow something interesting. Likewise, don't be afraid to abandon something boring.
-Go alone, or split up once you get inside. It really is much more fun as an individual experience. You can talk later about what happened.
-The plot/scenes repeats 3 times, once per hour. Everything can be caught multiple times, but you will NEVER be able to see everything. That's not important.
-Read at least summaries of MacBeth and Hitchcock's Rebecca. It will give you an inkling of what's going on around you, as most all the characters are from those two things.
-You like homoeroticism, right? Good.
I suggest you at least passing through every floor. There's a lot to be seen, but you won't be able to investigate everything. The 5th floor doesn't have a lot of plot-important scenes, and sorry, but the nurse is boring. So is the tailor. But it has a couple nice rooms you can go through though, so it's worth a walk-through.
I personally liked the 4th floor. The street has a lot of scenes and opportunities for meeting characters you can follow. (Eat the candy in the candy shop, but don't linger there.) The speakeasy too is nice (bar with a pool table, with boxes as walls). The replica bar (like the bar you first enter, but dark) is on 4th floor, near the East staircase, but is only open at certain times. It has, however, my favourite scene -- you'll recognise it by it's epilepsy inducing qualities. If you follow one of the witches, or Hecate (red dress) or MacBeth, they will lead you there eventually -- if you hear techno music, go that way. The room also has several scenes with Hecate.
The 3rd floor is good for the MacBeth storyline, particularly as a way to find them, as MacBeth and Lady MacBeth have several scenes in their bedroom (big, with glass walls, and a bathtub on a platform). Oh, and outside their bedroom is the courtyard with the weeping angels creepy statues. The floor also has a lot of creepy baby related rooms, important to the MacDuffs.
The 2nd floor I also spent a lot of time in, mostly cause I spent forever following the Porter in the lobby, who meets up with a lot of people. But it also has scenes with Duncan. (This floor is also where you can find the bar you enter through at the beginning.) The 1st floor is the ballroom. It has a couple big group scenes, most noticably the dance and the banquet. Make sure you make it down here for the end -- ushers will lead you down there eventually. If you follow characters, though, they'll probably lead you there too.
