So I got up at 5am this morning with Joe to go with him when he left for work so I could go to my parents' house and hang out with my sis until we could go to Sam's Club... I gotta buy diapers (I never thought I would be writting about buying diapers!). Anyhow, I woke my sis up at like 6am when I arrived and we've been hanging out, talking, and reading some of my old lj entries... wow, now there is some crazy shit! I was even able to find my old entries with the George Carlin material... I thought they were deleted way back when Mark bought me a paid account. BTW Mark, thanks for that... sorry I didn't get to use it much :(
But any who... it was kinda cool going over all that old material, it reminded me of some good times, and some not so good times... but its cool. I realize now that my entries were much more interesting before Joe and I got together... much more psychotic and random, the only things really entertaining about my journal after that were the George Carlin entries... and I must say there are some funny ones.
On a more serious note;
I went to the shoulder Dr. on Thursday and he just now tells me that the ligaments in my shoulder are torn and that is why there is this funky seperation between my shoulder and my collar bone. Its so nice that someone FINALLY noticed... 2 months later!!! So he has reffered me to a shoulder specialist because he wants a second opinion about what measures should be taked to fix me. Apparently his first thought is surgery (why should that suprise me... he is an orthopedic surgeon) which would involve installing a plate and screws in my shoulder. Just lovely, just what I need... another period of time where I won't be able to tend to my child without assistance! Then I get to carry one of those cards to explain why I'll be setting off metal detectors everywhere I go. Beautiful! more documents to burden myself with where ever I go.

The past few nights she has been sleeping well. Last night she slept for 8hrs straight and only fussed for her pacifier a couple times durring the night. Its awsome to finnaly be gettin almost uninterrupted sleep. I guess it would be better sleep if I went to bed at the same time she does so that I would actually get enough sleep, but instead I didn't go to bed until midnight so I only got 5hrs of sleep before she woke up. But I had to get up anyhow, so it was ok.
In other news;
I miss everyone... not like I'm far far away like some of the people I know, but I don't see people very often (other than the people that I live with that is). It gets kinda lonely. I try to call Nicole and I leave messages... but never get a call back, I think its been a month since I talked to her last. I talk to Bekah once in a while, and we think back on the good old days of Canada and the parties. Chrissy and Joyce stop by once in a great while. And I call Jenny in Texas every so ofter. But still I tire of the day to day monotony.
Mark, I miss you and I do have letters written to you... but I have to go to the post office to send them because they are in a photo mailer (because I'm sending you pictures) I was going to try to get Joe's letter and Diane's letter in the envelope too... but they are taking their time writing so I'll just send mine alone.
My digital video camera is being repaired AGAIN because the dumb arses at Circut City didn't fix it right the first time... and then when I brought it back to be re-fixed withing 90 days of picking it up the last time, they tried to tell me that I would have to pay $30. After a bit of discussion it was determined that I should not have to pay and I was told the fee was waived... we shall see. I still haven't heard from them about the repairs, and it has been about a month.
I also dropped my digital still frame camera... and cracked the lense. Nice huh? So I'm feeling a bit lost not being able to take pictures whenever I want to. It was so much easier being able to just take my media up to CVS and print whatever pictures I wanted... but I've been reduced to buying disposable cameras and its kinda depressing being left at the mercy of a point and click. Out of 27 exposures on this last camera... only 10 of the pictures came out any good.
Damnit! I need to get a new camera...
