Our First Snow
Our first mini snow storm began today. Luckily I was indoors happily writing... but what a sight! I quickly dashed off a poem for how much it's worth.

I can show You
the way under
A blanket of snow
That sticks to my knees
And grows in the cold
Too much is precious along
Elbow cries of fastidiousness
Pulling up boots and wagging dog tails
