Darn funny.

I realized that I started counting every time I looked at my friends list as updating my journal but that's questionable logic at best. I was seriously surprised to see that I hadn't written an entry since November. Seesh.

The holiday season was good; I saw a lot of old friends and family members. I even had an uncharacteristically good New Year. For some reason I seem to associate horrid drama with New Year's eve (yes, Ted From How I Met Your Mother got that one right) though I don't remember any especially traumatic New Years, I'm a weird one like that.

Still working at the boring, unexciting retail store; sort of kicking myself for how well I fit in there. Everyone is pretty nice. The head HR woman is a rad lady named Pam who looks and sounds like Pam from the office. I probably enjoy that too much. Whenever I run into someone I know at work I get all stupidly self-conscious. I've run into two teachers from Towson High so far while at work, the second of which was Ms. Waters a history teacher. When I realized who she was I immediately blurted out "I graduated from College. I"m gonna go to law school!" That was not one of my finest moments. She was very cool about it though and just asked about which law schools I was considering. When asked about how Towson High was going she said as always it was some place between a symbol of excellence and a symbol of excrement. Ha, what a cool lady.

So yeah, I've finally made a concrete decision about my future. I'm working towards going to Law School. The LSATS are in the beginning of the summer. I should probably make contact with some undergrad professors for references, but that's not at the very top of my list right now. I think I'm gonna make a pretty great lawyer though, I'm even excited about the possibility. This was always sort of my plan B anyway.

Of course as soon as I've made this choice the news about Julia Louis-Dreyfuss's new sitcom being potentially produced in Baltimore comes. Life, you're darn funny.

Hey, it's snowing.
