Some motivation is needed

So, I'm back home for the summer and am just bursting with all kinds of summer goals, as I usually am around this time of May. I think I'm being a little bit more realistic this time, but my goals aren't concrete at all. I just want to read a lot, be outside as much as possible, eat better and work out or at least be somewhat active. Usually my list is like 3 miles long, so at least this time around I'm not going crazy, but at the same time I think my goals are too vague to really accomplish them. But it seems like whenever I do set concrete goals for myself I don't achieve them. So I guess I'll try to figure something out about that.
My main thing at this point is that I'm having a really hard time getting the motivation to work out. It seems like there's always obstacles in the way. I don't have a membership to a gym or a treadmill in the house, so I'm pretty limited to walking, hiking, running, or biking outside. This also creates a bit of a problem since it tends to rain pretty much always here. But even without that, I have a real problem getting up the motivation. I want to start running before I go to work, but I have to leave at like 7:15 or 7:30 for work so that would mean I'd be getting up at like 6. And I just don't have that kind of motivation. It takes a whole lot to get me out of bed at 9 to go to class, none the less at 6 so I can go for a run. It just doesn't happen. And I find that if I don't work out in the morning, then I don't do it at all. After work I'm usually too tired or I have other stuff to do, so I don't do it after I get home. Does anyone have any suggestions?? I'm thinking about going walking on my lunch break, which would be good, but I'd like to get some cardio in. Maybe if I walk on my lunch break and go hiking or running on weekends? I don't know. I'm just feeling a little overwhelmed and directionless, so I'd appreciate any advice that anyone has. Thanks everyone for listening and I hope you're all doing well! Enjoy your summer and be healthy and happy! :)
