OW. my NECK.

during my last pilates workout, i must have been holding my head wrongly. i was lying on the ground and had to have my shoulder blades off the floor, which stressed out my neck. but i felt that immediately and rested my head and neck for the rest of the workout.

this was on thursday. it is now tuesday and my neck is still in screaming agony. i've used arnica gel, ben-gay, heat, and massage, and it still is intensely stiff and tight. the muscles feel HORRIBLE under my skin - there are huge knots and it is so uncomfortable.

i thought i might have been sleeping on it weirdly, but the past few nights i've been waking up in the same comfy neck-friendly position i've gone to sleep in. plus, my bed is EXTREMELY comfortable, and it's hard to wake up sore from it.

how can i make this go away? it hurts so MUCH.
