Hello again

Just a little update:

I've been on Weight Watchers for a couple of weeks, as you know, and I hit my first milestone yesterday!

I lost 5.5 pounds and, unfortunately I'm going to sound like a cheerleader, I'm super psyched about it.

I'm also super sore from my abs/lower body class. Any good tips on dealing with tight, achy muscles? I've got the bath thing down.
