You know I think I'm getting used to this senior thing

I love a good conversation. Even more, I love a good conversation where you and another person are firing back and forth and everyone in the room is just listening to you talk and reveling in the glorious hilarity of your non-synchronous yet totally logical conversation. What can I say, I like to be the center of attention sometimes. I don't mean to say I like people feeling sorry for me and so on, but I do love to entertain people. Aaron Roberts and I had one of those conversations yesterday in math class. It was one of those glorious conversations where, looking back on it, you have no clue how you got from the beginning to the end. We started on an english teacher we hated and ended up on lengerie models. We hit mad libs, european nudity, orgies in movies we've seen at school, and even buying underwear for your girlfriend. It was great, we talked for probably thirty minutes and the whole class was sitting there listening to the whole thing, teacher included, and laughing hysterically. It felt so great to just get in the rythym, you stop thinking about what you are saying and the words just pour out and you and the other person play off each other non-stop. That is why I love good improv, you fall into that rythym and stop thinking, it all just makes sense. Man I love good conversations.

In other news, I finished The Wind-Up Bird Chronicle by Haruki Murakami. It was an incredible book. It was one of those where you feel just this intense feeling of accomplishment and peace when you finish it, like everything is now right with the world. I love finishing books like those, where everything works out, not for the best but it just works out. It was such a strange book but I really loved it. Go read it.

Well that is all for tonight, peace out
-Jamie
