(no subject)
Spent nearly $300 on my car today. I think I might be sick just thinking about spending that much money on the car. My dad was supposed to pay for it, but conviently he left town so I ended up paying with the assurance that some day he would pay me the money back, but not right now because he doesn't have that much money. Does he think I have that much money? Seriously I'm a poor college student who needed new tired for her car and unfortunately even the cheapest ones added up to being really expensive. I don't think I have gotten new tires put on my car since I've owned the car. I knew I needed to get them before going back to MC though, I kept having dreams that I was driving along the interstate and my tires completely blew up into shreds, not just one, but two of them at once. So that convinced me it was time. That and I knew that I was getting way too paranoid about tires since I started refusing to drive when it rained because my tires had no traction and I hated the feeling I got after guiding the car out of a skid. I mean I know how to guide the car from sliding out, but that doesn't mean I want to do it everytime I drive when it's raining.
In other news I am trying to get the dad to switch phone services from sprint to cingular. It's not working very well since the stepmother doesn't want to switch to cingular even though cingular is definitely cheaper and will save the dad money and will make it so I can talk to all my friends, plus there is roll over each month since we never use the minutes. Whatever. The dad is considering getting me a cingular phone though, which will be good since I can talk to all my friends for free especially ellen-ini and holly, but I wont be able to call him for free. I don't really care if we switch companies or not as long as I can get a new phone. My phone is retarded. When you talk on it for very long it starts getting very warm and I think that it is slowly frying my brain. Then it also drops calls, doesn't tell me I have messages, and it freezes up all the time to the point where I have to take the battery out. I've had the phone for almost 3 years, I think it's time for a new phone.
