Cold enough for ya?

To get outside this morning, I had to employ a hot blow dryer to the door lock (and then I stepped out and promptly slipped on the melted ice immediately in front of my previously frozen door, falling onto my ass and shattering possibly every bone in my body, including my skull against the boot rack).

I am not going outside again for the rest of the day. If the dog's gotta pee, I'll probably just open the window and drop him out for a quickee. It's so cold it hurts to even just breath out there. Must be at least -30 Celcius.

Anybody else suffering winter woes today?
