chicago i love thee

I went to Chicago Wednesday-Saturday of last week because i had the whole week off (unfortunately, i make up for it this week). That city rocks my socks off everytime. If they had better winters, I would move there in a heartbeat. Some highlights of the trip:

-walking Halstead with VA
-Tin Lizzy and Franks
-the Golden nugget
-Arlington International hostel
-quotes
me-"i'm a cheap date."
va- "yeah, and i don't have to kiss you."

random man on the street talking to va and i-"are you twins?"
me holding back laughter - "um, no."

-new jewelry
-dog coat - if it wasn't $200, that coat would be mine
-riding the bus
-dinner and good company with Jennifer
-cubs and sox bracelets
-shopping on Michigan Ave. especially H&M, the Gap, and Niketown
-walking forever and ever including a trip down State Street and Oak
-pretending i was a photographer in Millenium Park
-giving Jaime directions
-Sushi and wine with Jaime
-BUZZ
some hot dancing, Lori getting me a dance partner, Tattoo, cab rides, and some more dancing
-Chewie and Bogo
-napping with Jaime
-brown bagged lunch

and so much more!
I love that city.
