The Crossposting thing:
- Yes, I think the new features are pointless, stupid, and potentially dangerous (what we call in the business "unintentional release of information").
- No I'm not planning to use them in any form (don't have Twitter, and my Facebook and LJ accounts are almost completely separate in terms of friends lists and not in any way linked to each other, and I want to keep it that way). I'm pretty much assuming none of you are planning to use them, either...
- Yes, I'm hoping LJ listens to the 7000+ comments they received on the subjects, as they say they're doing, and fixes the bloody things.
- Yes I'm on Dreamwidth (though I never use it, because one social networking site at a time is apparently all I can manage), but no I'm not planning on decamping for there, but I do have some invite codes if anyone still needs any.

Day 44 - The most surprising plot twist or ending
I don't know that it's the most surprising, but the revelation of Ganelon's identity in Hand of Oberon kind of blew my mind, and made me scramble to retroactively spot all the foreshadowing, which I never otherwise bother doing. Amber has a whole lot of neat twists, but this one was the biggest one for me.
There are quite a few shocking twists in Justine Larbalestier's Liar, too, but I won't spoil the book by elaborating.
