Bungles-Skin problems!

I am brand-new to this community as nobody would answer my questions on other hammy communities! I have a golden-white syrian hamster named Bungles. She is 1.5 years old.
She is having an awful skin condition! Her skin is flaking off in .5-centimeter chunks, her fur is falling off, and she is never active anymore. It's all over her body!
I had to switch her back to commercial food. For a while I had her on homemade food (consisting of organic bulk nuts, seeds, etc.) I have taken her to the vet for this skin problem, andthe vet prescribed Fungal Ointment for Ringworm, and that did not help.
She looks awful and I am afraid she will die! Help!
