Insanity: Day 32

Today I finally managed to do the full 30s of hip flexor pulses on the left leg, so proud of myself. I actually lasted long enough to do 5 extensions before dying off. Tomorrow I am to do that with the right leg as well!

I also managed to do the full set of plie shoulder burners and am quite amazed by that actually.
The key is to keep breathing deeply, I discovered today. And also to put yourself in a meditative state of mind. When I do tt I can achieve so much more. Maybe tts why FSF can work at warp speed. Hahaha.

2 more days more of the recovery week, 1 day of rest, and we're charging straight into the Max workouts.

I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO IT.
(I am also sure my sentiments will change once I have actually gone through the workout.)
