Yay at the halfway mark! :D
This whole week is about recovery, and good timing too, because I haven't been feeling very well.
A bit giddy. Ytd I had to do the workout at very much under 100%, and even so that might have been a mistake because this morning I was really giddy. I do feel much better after sleeping the whole afternoon away though.
Oh well.
Shall go apply myself to sleep again. :D
