Yay, Dan and I finally finished our invitations! I just need to finish addressing a couple of them and I can send them out. We made them using supplies from The Paper Source. I just got the proofs of my engagemnt photos back and I am sooo happy with how they turned out! I really wish I could hire the person who did our photos as our wedding photographer as well, but she's just too expensive for our tiny budget. Ah, well, I'm still very, very pleased! :) Here are a couple of my favorites:

I finally got some decent pics of my ring! It's a .5 caret diamond surrounded by pink sapphires (I'm a pink freak) and it's so shiny! (Sorry, I'm still a bit excited.) I've always wanted an antique-looking ring and I think this fits the style.

I finally made an appointment with a photographer to get our engagement photos taken! We're getting them taken at the sculpture garden next Wednesday at 3:30 which I think should be a pretty cool background. Finally I feel like I've accomplished something.
