My shot was interesting today because it was another left-leg day. The last time I did that leg it was sore for a week afterwards so I was trying to be careful this time and relax the muscle beforehand.
But it seems that in my quest for a spot where I couldn't see any of my huge network of leg veins, I accidentally got too close to the center and... well, I got the needle about a third in before I realized something was VERY wrong and decided to pull out and try in a different spot. Well, I had gone through a pretty big vein I think because I was squirting out blood like no one's business.
I just ended up doing my right leg again and next time I will be VERY careful and try my left leg yet again. Or I can work on my flexibility and do the butt shot myself but I dunno if that's a good idea.
