Billy, on the other hand, has been waiting since about quarter past six. He meant to be here at half past, because that's a reasonably early time... but he ended up here earlier than his early time and he's sitting, fidgeting, on a bench. He has his iphone out, and is fiddling with it ( ... )

Ah. He's here already. Of course he is.

Captain Hammer flashes him a smile as he strolls up, looking very at ease. He's struck by the urge to grab the man and kiss him, but he realises he promised to behave in public, and moreover he's not entirely certain it would be a good idea to go making big, obvious gestures like that in front of so many people. Even without revealing that the man he wants to be kissing is his arch-nemesis.

After all, aside from them, no one else knows but his therapist. Who was totally not surprised enough when told. As in, at all. Captain Hammer wonders what else the man can see coming that he's neglected to mention.

Possibly best not to think about that now.

He throws a friendly arm around Billy's shoulders - not too crushingly - and then lets him go, not wanting to be too conspicuous.

"Billy!" he says, brightly. "A pleasure, as always."

Billy tries to work out what he's supposed to say in response. Partly he can't formulate words because... because... who is he talking to?

Captain Hammer wears the Corporate Uniform. But Captain Hammer is also who the public sees. Or... should he... what?

He smiles, awkwardly, still trying to fix the mental issue of names. "Thanks," he says, trying not to squiem at the air down the back of his neck.

"Uhm. Mexican."

"Already looking forward to it," he replies. And feels even more awesome, seeing the expression on Billy's face. Some of which... he knows is just for him.

"Shall we?" He's tempted to offer his arm, but wisely decides against it, and gestures instead.
