I just woke up and...hmmmmmm

Let's start over.
See, because I work alot, it seems that all I do anymore is talk about work, and I don't want to do that. I will get a few basic facts out of the way, and then we'll talk about other things. Shall we? Good.
1. I have been moved from B shift to C shift. The hours and pay are the same, but I'll be working with a different group of people and my four week work cycle has been moved up a week, so I only get six days off instead of seven this month. Bummer.
2. After four night shifts, I was pretty beat. After sleeping all day, I still wasn't with it. Now, at 3:23AM, my mind's fairly sound, and that's a good thing.
OK then, so that's that.
In other news, my lovely wife and I went to see Pirates of the Carribean (sp?) last night. I was not impressed, although Cassandra liked it. I really enjoyed the special effects and there were some really funny scenes. And this morning, after giving it some further thought, I have decided to wait until I see the finale (whenever it comes out) before I completely trash the story line. I was disappointed because I didn't know I was seeing a semi sequel. Also, rather than writing a sequel based on the first film, it seemed like Disney's Imagineers gave the writers a list of scenes that needed to be in the film in order to give the newly remodeled ride at Disneyland more of a tie in.
'make sure to write in a scene about a river because the ride is based on one'
OK, OK, so the whole film was based on the ride in the first place. I was just disappointed that the second film didn't avoid the same traps that the first film did.
