After this past week, I would like to make a declaration.
Friends don't let friends do business with MindSHIFT.
Seriously. Don't hire these guys for ANYTHING. They have a handful of techs with a clue, but getting one of them assigned to your case is like rolling a natural 20. If you don't roll that natural 20, you could spend an entire business week trying to get them to make a five minute configuration change. Below is a modest proposal for a new logo design that better reflects my experience working with the company.
