Pasta sauce!
Emerging from LJ hiatus briefly to report that pasta sauce (minced lamb, tomato sauce & zucchini) is fucking gorgeous flavored with oregano, cinnamon, all spice and a dash of balsamic vinegar over the top. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve it forth. Mmmmm!
