It's a done deal
I meant to post this yesterday, but I never got around to it, so today will have to suffice.
As of yesterday evening, the apartment was made officially mine for the next school year. I can move in August 15, which will give me a week to settle into the new place, which should be plenty. I'll need the time since the apartment comes unfurnished so we'll need to buy a bed and couch and table and a microwave. Maybe some chairs too.
I'll also need to get some sort of high speed internet connection setup as well. I'm considering going for a high speed connection of some sort without having a landline as well, but I'm not sure if I'll ultimately end up doing that or not because it seems like it's at least as expensive, if not more so to have the landline plus DSL as it is to just have a DSL connection without any landline at all.
So it's official, as of next school year, I'll be in 10 Grimwald Place. Okay, maybe not, but I couldn't resist the HP reference since my apartment is #10. I'm definitely looking forward to it; it should be a big upgrade over Craig Hall.
