Threadhopping: I'm fine with this within reason, although Toothless himself will probably get very confused at any interruptions to a one-on-one conversation over the 'Gear.
Fourthwalling: Feel free to fourth-wall all you want, because Toothless wouldn't understand it either way. Mentions of Hiccup will probably just make him think you're a friend of his, not make him question his existence.
Offensive subjects: Offensive subjects will likely just fly straight over his head. HE AM WILD ANIMAL. He'll have no idea what anybody's talking about if they're going on about sex and drugs.

Kissing this character: Kiss at your own risk-- he's a licker.
Flirting with this character: Flirt to your heart's content-- he's not going to notice a bit of it.
Fighting with this character: Feel free! Toothless will be very awkward and unsure in his human body, but he's still a powerful fighter at heart and he has literally no boundaries when it comes to what he'll do to get an edge on an opponent. He fights for survival and the protection of others, so honor and fair-play aren't really a factor.
Injuring this character: If it's significantly more than a cut or a bruise, just let me know! I'm fine with my character getting hurt and will usually do the damage myself if I think they're in a situation where it would result in injury.
Killing this character: N/A, no death in Route.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: N/A, psychic powers in this game only work on Pokemon.
Warnings: Toothless is physically strong and could probably hurt someone pretty badly if he is truly provoked. He's a wild animal and as such fights like one, which can mean he might not back off after crossing the line unless someone he respects is telling him to.
On a friendlier note, he has no concept of personal space and as such will probably be ... um... invading it a lot, occasionally in ways that polite human civilization would consider incredibly odd and awkward. BUT he is a giant, affectionate flying reptilian catpony in the body of a human, so IF HE SLOBBERS ALL OVER YOUR CHARACTER OR TRIES TO CRAWL INTO THEIR SHIRT OR BECOMES MESMERIZED BY THE FACT THAT *ohmygod* IF HE PULLS SOMEONE'S SHOE OFF THERE IS A FOOT UNDERNEATH, IT IS COMPLETELY INNOCENT AND NOT SEXUAL IN ANY WAY.
ALL THE SAME, if that sort of thing makes ANYONE uncomfortable, please let me know and I'll refrain from having Toothless go snuggle-happy on your character!
