I know, double post. Bad Haley, bad! But I wanted to do this meme. All the cool kids are doing it.
character; Chrono
character lj;
tenmorehoursseries; Chrono Crusade
muse strength; Surprisingly strong. I thought I was going to have a ton more problems with him than I have--the only time I really struggled with his voice was during the fight with Rizelle. (In the manga he isn't threatened by her as much, but she also doesn't strike at such an emotional time...it was hard to balance his anger and general emotional turmoil with the fact that he seems to consider her "second-rate." Plus he was just "asdfghjkl;"ing all over the place.)
cast strength; To be honest? Part of the reason I wanted to play a Chrono Crusade character originally was because I loved Jesse's Joshua and Sami's Rosette so much. XDD They looked like a blast to play with. The characters that have been apped since I picked up Chrono are all really, really great, too. I've been really surprised by how interesting Mary has been in Poly, and fighting against Rizelle was...intense. So yeah, I'm really happy with the CC crew. Most of the characters don't post quite as much as Chrono, though...I've been kinda spamming him around.
plotting capabilities; Really high, as long as I make the effort to get to know muns (and for Chrono to get to know characters). Chrono's a character who naturally wants to get involved with people and help them...plus, he's goofy enough for silly plots and grim/angsty enough for darker plots. And he's pretty useful in a battle, too, although he typically takes more of a support role.
other; I've been very, very, VERY surprised by how much fun I've had playing Chrono. I feel like I need to contact the other muns more, though...I'm far too shy with people. (I mean, I'm bad enough that when I decided to ask Jesse if he'd be OK with me playing Chrono, the first thing he said when I IMed him was "What's wrong?" He thought it was a mod-thing because I rarely IM people....^^;;;
likelihood of drop; I don't forsee it happening anytime soon. The muse is strong with this one. That was dorky.

character; Ahiru
character lj;
quackinglyseries; Princess Tutu
muse strength; Generally strong, depending on the day. Some days it can be hard to bring her up to her proper energy, but otherwise I find her pretty easy to slip into.
cast strength; Very, very good. We've got a really large Tutu cast at Poly, and all of the muns in it are really, really good. Neko's really, really gotten a handle on her Mytho muse lately, I think, and Femio has been FANTASTIC ever since he got apped. It makes me really, really happy to see such a good crew for this series! (Although...kinda like the CC crew actually...we need to be better about communicating with each other, probably. XD; )
plotting capabilities; Not as high as Chrono (since she's not at good with fighting and such), but like Chrono she wants to be involved with and help other people.
other; I was really nervous about playing Ahiru originally, but...she's actually fairly close to my personality (when I'm not being emo, anyway!), so I've been really glad that I picked her up. I do want to have her go out and do things more on curse days besides interacting with Fakir, though.
likelihood of drop; Very low. Like Chrono, her voice is pretty strong in my head.

character; Autor
character lj;
freakyfanboyseries; Princess Tutu
muse strength; I've been struggling lately. I have a fairly solid hold on his basic traits, I think--maybe even moreso than I used to--but lately I've been struggling with trying to keep him active, and making sure he maintains a good amount of depth without resorting to melodrama.
cast strength; See above, I'm lazy.
plotting capabilities; Meeeedium. Part of my weakness with playing Autor is I'm not as observant or details-oriented as he is, and that's where his main plotting strength lies--in research or analysis. He's also nosy and likes to...force his knowledge on others, so it's easy to get him INVOLVED, it's just hard to give him a role once he's involved. Far too often I feel like he's stuck as a simple observer--he's not powerful or a strong warrior or really that good with people, so basically he's stuck as a...researcher.
other; I've been struggling terribly with how I play him in the last few months. The restart helped, but he's still a little weak. I need to get him out more with others and focus on building his backstory and fleshing out his character again. I think I'm starting to be a LITTLE bit better, so I think I'll be able to pull him out.
likelihood of drop; I've honestly been dangerously close to dropping him lately, but I don't wanna do that, and he's been getting better. I think if I focus more on him the muse should come back.
~~
summation; I friggin love playing Chrono, the Tutu cast is awesome, Ahiru is easy to play and Autor seems to flare up my security issues and makes me want to beat him sometimes. XD;
pending apps/wanted characters; I don't have any pending apps, exactly, but I have a ton of ideas for characters I'd like to play. There's three I've been considering seriously for months now: Yzma from Emperor's New Groove (I STILL want to do this one), Princess Sally Acorn from Sonic the Hedgehog (SatAM, I haven't read the comics in a while) and Shinji Ikari from...well, Evangelion (even if his canon terrifies me). A few others that keep randomly popping into my head: Wilt from Foster's Home From Imaginary Friends ("I'm sorry--is that okay?"), Becky Botsford/WordGirl or Theodore "Tobey" McAllister (the third!) from WordGirl. And earlier today I had the random urge to app Arnold from Magic School Bus. (He'd probably think the City was a field trip...) But I don't think I'll be apping anyone until I rein Autor in a little better.
As for wanted characters...the biggies to me are Aion from Chrono Crusade (because Chrono doesn't have enough stress, apparently!) and Lilie from Tutu (who...might be showing up soon, maybe). Although I'm pretty much happy whenever anyone apps a character I'm familiar with.
