At Idea Factory International's press event last night, they announced that the first Hakuoki Shinkai game will be released in English in Spring 2017. The English title is Hakuoki: Kyoto Winds. There's a website up with a few details and the announcement teaser trailer was posted by PlayStation on YouTube.

As per Anime News Network, the 1st Hakuoki film has been announced with staff, cast, and the dates revealed!!!
