I was looking at the dA site of an artist who's work I recently faved, and discovered that she was an artist whose work I adored back at Yerf when it was still around! Yay me, I mangle up quiz links! XP could only get the picture url to work, and not the whole sheebang with the hyperlink back to Liquid Generation...le sigh.
I'm enjoying Transformers (G1) so far...Starscream IS fun to watch and a pissy bitch! (Without feeling over-exaggerated in these traits as a character; perfect!)
And I found this, as well, today. The lengths of security, in our contemporary socio-political environment...I might make that my new desktop. Or keep the ideas open, for whenever I want a change...
Some aspects of the fandom don't sit too well with me, though...as with any fandom, there's the infamous Mary Sue problem (especially with Starscream or Optimus), and some of the fan works that portray transformers as married to human women with human or robot children aren't really my thing...no offense to those who like them. Different tastes in fandom, at the end of the day.
Though I must admit that I was disturbed by a picture where Starscream was 'nursing' his robot son XP Sorry.
