i know a few of you (to some extent), and i'm sure that some of you are fine individuals, but i feel sadness and distaste about the way your organization has treated 
lyonesse of late. please give some thought to how you, as a group, want to deal with interpersonal conflicts; from the outside, it looks like your process is really broken.
