That's pronounced truh-var-ee. That's the gelato place. I found out gelato is spelled with only one L. :) Any-who, I went to Trovare for an hour and a half today and it looks like I got the job...hopefully. She never actually said I got the job, but I assume that I do since she told me the place I need to go to turn in my W-4 & since she told me to come in on Friday. When you work at Trovare, you have to be really outgoing and interrupt people as they're walking by and offer them a gelato sample. That's okay, it's just a bit embarrassing when you say, "Would you like to try a sample?" and they don't hear you. It's only embarrassing if some one else, like the person you're working with, does hear you, though.

I learned some things today. I learned that the fruit flavored gelato has no dairy and very little fat, and the none-fruit kinds have dairy, but the dairy they have contains half the fat and half the calories of American ice cream. I also learned that it's denser and less airy than American ice cream. I also learned that Trovare has 24 different kinds of gelato, hopefully I will get them down soon because it's embarrassing when someone asks for a certain kind and you don't know which one that is. So I learned a lot today. Oh, and I learned how to use the cash register. I have that one down pretty good.
