in which i shiver uncontrollably

well bye bye personal record of not throwing up for about three years. i have food poisoning or something. i'm sort of hungry but steve's mum won't let me eat because it'll probably make me worse. i sort of agree, but my stomach still aches. being hot and cold at the same time isn't fun. earlier on when i was sick i was so cold afterwards i was shivering - and i had two duvets, a dressing gown and some pillows over me. my head is killing me, and i pursuaded steve to sneak me up some coke and orange juice to attempt to replace the sugar and salt i lost. it sort of helped. head still kills though. eyes are watering like crazy from looking at the monitor but i'm so bored and restless and immobile i'm just gonna deal with it.

neck and shoulder muscles are torn to shreds thanks to how i've been sleeping - namely curled up in a ball on a very hard matress.

jesus this hurts. i wish i was in the pub.
