we bought our plane tickets today and rented a car. sadly, as neither jeff nor i is twenty-five years of age we must be charged extra monies just to rent a car. boo. fifteen extra dollars for each day! one hundred and five extra dollars! highway robbery

i'm kind of jealous of your raised beds. when i was younger i was always responisble for turning over the soil in the raised beds at my parents' house. i used to hate it, then grew to appreciate & like it, though the things that grew well in our soil, zucchini and onions, never ranked high on my list. my mom's zucchini bread did, but that's a different story...

since i've asked almost everyone else, are you going to the sufjan stevens show at the blind pig tomorrow saturday? it's practically in your backyard...
