*Chorus banquet was a lot of fun. It was nice to see a lot of people get rewards who deserve it. The food was good too, especially the Desalvo lasagna. I loved to sit with people who love me and whom I love and be sappy and seniors. I almost cried during the Irish Blessing. "And until we meet again, may the God that loves us all hold you in the palm of his hand." Perfect.
*I had my palm "read" today in chorus. He was making it up as he went along, but it was fun. I'm going to be alone for a while in my life, but the first person I'm with will stay forever. I'll have three kids, but one will die. I'll have an important job, but it will make my social life difficult. He forgot to say how and when I'll die.
*Senior breakfast is tomorrow. I'm finishing my letters now. There are quite a few to be hand-delivered. If I don't see you before senior breakfast, I'll try to get it to you sometime soon. If I don't give you one, it's not because I don't love you. More like I figured you didn't want to read my chicken-scratch. Tomorrow should be fun.
*Spanish project complete. Lesson: Do NOT ask strange men to take you home and pick up your spare keys and drive you back to your car when you're locked out. Your partner will wonder where you are and then think you're insane when you tell them.
*I cannot hula hoop.
*We had a paper ball war in first period. One of the more useful classes we've had. I now have rug burn on my knees- but it was sooo worth it. Who'd a thunk it?
*I am now a real person.
*And I am finished with all official high school work. Now and forever. Amen.
