I don't fully understand them myself, but they're basically powers that only special ghosts can use. For example, the guy I know, he can manipulate inanimate objects, as well as travel back in time to four minutes before a person's death to stop it from happening. That's how he saved me and other people, too.

Let's see... The first time I was shot by a hitman, the second time I was shot by another hitman, the third time I walked into a room with a murder machine and was shot by that, and the fourth time, I was in a restaurant with a giant fake chicken hanging from the ceiling. Someone crashed their van through the side of the building, which caused the chicken to fall. A waitress was standing underneath it, so I pushed her out of the way and got crushed in her place.
