back from oregon
once again it's one of those lazy, do nothing sundays i've come to enjoy. i got back from oregon last night at like 12:45. it took us 6 and 1/2 hours to drive to sacramento. we took a charter bus so it wasn't that bad. then from sacramento we flew to portland. oh let me tell you about the plane ride. i was one of the first ones to get a seat on the plane cause i was in boarding group A so i sat down like in the middle of the plane. like one second after i sat down this freakin' muslamian guy with a turban on his head and a long ass beard sat next to me. i just about shit my pants. he wasn't even foreign, he was like white but like converted to whatever freaky ass religion requires you to wear a blue turban and no shave ever. i was sitting next to the window and he was sitting in the aisle seat so there was a seat between us. i tried to get one of my teammates to save me and sit next to me but i was no use. finally this guy sat there and he was pretty cool. he was a freshman at chico state and played soccer. we talked about how his school has been rated the number one party school in playboy magazine for the last 20 years. so the flight was just delightful. when we got to portland we rented vans and drove for like 45 minutes to salem. so we left school at 5AM and got to the super 8 hotel at 7PM. the race went good on saturday. i ran a 31:05 which is two whole minutes faster than my last race. i'm gettin' better every time. my leg is fucked up though so i walk around like a fucking gimp and everyone is like "chris why are you limping?" i usually respond with nice, fat HOT CARL! anyways, i'm so desparate for a hair cut that i'm gunna let this crazy girl sarah use anthony's buzzer and cut my hair. hey alexa and lindsey, in case i didn't already tell you, anthony is that guy who's cell phone you used to call home and ask if we won the bloomington game at the DYG. remember that, yeah good times. well next weekend i'm comin' home for the homecoming game. hopefully i'll be able to get there in time to pass out the crown to the new king. well, on the agenda for the rest of today is not much. actually me, kevin, courtney takahashi and her roommate are gunna go see school of rock tonight. i think i'm gunna shit my pants in anticipation. this movie is like concoction of everything i love in this world. well that's all for now. this is me leaving...
