Before I get to meme failure, I would just like to say I have been watching the drama over the Spider-Man rights like I'm courtside at a tense ping pong match. Who's going to win!?! It's pretty obvious haha. If there's anything to find out, we'll find out tomorrow. eta: I guess we won't find out! d'oh!

I love getting the background info on these huge conglomerates and even more so in the case of Spidey. We were joking this morning about how without the MCU it'll be aunt May waking Peter and his stating that he'd just had this really weird dream. Also that is so not going to cut it with those of us who have been enjoying this iteration of Spidey, MJ and Ned.

Funny, I saw a meme that basically said the same thing on twitter! that it was all a dream lol. To be honest though I'm only really sad about MJ and Ned.

Oh well. At the end of the day, people will go see whatever new Spidey movie happens, by whomever produces it. The character is not going anywhere. But who knows what kind of story it'll be!

Yup! Saw the same meme later that day and told my BFF that she had a secret tumblr account. *g* She still hasn't gotten over Dallas doing exactly that. It just goes to show you that things we watch when we're young really impact us throughout life.
