YO ADRIAN
We went to the OU/Iowa State game today. We won, big time! And people were worried about this game? Meh. It becomes more and more apparent with every game we play, though, that REFS ARE CRAP. I mean, really. I've never seen such a prolonged run of games with such ridiculously bad officiating.
It was a good game - but Adrian Peterson broke his collarbone on that last touchdown. He is OUT FOR THE SEASON.
WE ARE SCREWED.
So no Heisman this year, obviously. We've got enough other good players that we'll probably still make it to a bowl, but still... there's no one like AD. And if he decides he's still going for the draft after this year, he's done at OU. Though he did say that a major injury might make him stay another year. PLEASE STAY ANOTHER YEAR, ADRIAN. 150 more yards and you'll tie Billy Sims' record. And you know you want another crack at that Heisman.
I joined the Facebook group "God will heal Adrian Peterson's shoulder if 10,000 people join this group" because I thought it was funny - but who knows, maybe it will work! 35 people already, and it's only been like two hours! Hey, it can't hurt, right?
