Philippe told me Tuesday night that last summer I was awarded the White Chamfron. (There are two SCA awards that hold any real interest for me, and the Chamfron is one of them.) Crystal Chamfron was a success. In addition to not having to call any EMTs or vets, 17(!) people authorized or re-authorized, including me. I was too nervous and everything was beginning to catch up with me physically, so I blew my advanced attempt, but they kindly let me try again.
