OMG I can not believe you're into Skins. First, you can watch most of the series on youtube from this person's youtube videos and I can upload the fourth (missing) episode so that you can download it if you so desire. If you find a place for the DVDs though, I would totally be all over that. Second, I am currently writing a fic for skins to fulfill a NYR request. Third, what, it's totally hilarious and awesome with all the wacky shenanigans.
