I have been handling this pretty well up until now, but I will be the first to admit that I am NOT anymore.
All of my neighbors are leaving the country or at least going to Kansai (Kyoto, Osaka, etc).
We have planned power outages twice a day until the end of April. Starting today.
We are also locally low on food because we aren't getting deliveries until at least tomorrow.
There is still a good chance of getting another bad earthquake.
And now there are concerns over water.
Can I go home now?
