(no subject)
I know I shouldn't complain since this is a cold country and the weather is depressing for most of the year, but this. Is. Too. Freaking. Hot. All I can say is thank god for air conditioning at work. Otherwise I would DIE. I have a day off today; they moved me to the Men's department as there is a lack of employees there, and it's working out alright. I'm still a bit lost with men's measurements for pants and suits (wtf), but at least I've managed to find a suitable pair for almost every single customer, that has been unfortunate enough to tumble my way. It's sad that I hadn't remembered how much I like working there, despite the different area. Sigh sigh sigh.
I haven't had too many days off yet but I went to Helsinki with my family for two days this week. It was fun, again too hot but I tried hard not to care; at least the train was nicely cool and cozy. I have the weekend off next week and my days are not too long anyways, I suppose I can handle this for the rest of the month. I still have some things left to do exchange-wise, but the flight tickets are printed out now and I finally managed to send out an email to the International Office about the arrival dates...less than a month to go and I'll be leaving! It feels so weird. Nothing is packed yet and I don't know what I should take there with me, but at least there is still some time left. :)
