My piano... The G above middle C is half a step flat... and C below middle C is sharp, too. I should look up a technician to fix it.

Karin-chan, please don't tell anyone about what happened on Saturday. Most people don't even know that my parents are still alive, and I'd really like to keep it that way. I'm sorry you had to be there for that whole ordeal, but I'm kind of glad you were there. I don't know if I could have dealt with them alone.

Mom and dad looked different. They looked clean, I guess. It's not the way I remember them, but I'll never forget them, either.
I can't believe they would try to come back and find me after all these years. I don't know if that's all they really wanted, or if they had other motives, but I couldn't stand them being there. I didn't want them to be in the home that you and I shared. It was like they were tainting it.
I guess I haven't forgiven them for hurting you. I can't help but wonder... if they had been different back then, would you still be alive now?
