I got up to lvl. 14 today. Two bad parties and two good ones. The best party I was in was truly a thing of beauty. We worked like clockwork, pulling, tanking, and healing respectively. I'm at 2790/2800 XP. Hopefully tomorrow I'll hopefully get that 10 needed experience to push me over the top. It really is amazing how one good party can change your whole outlook on a game. I came away from tonight's session down a paltry 200 XP, as opposed to the 500 I was down at one point. Level 10 here I come!

So, I got back on the ol' FFXI tonight with the intention of picking up a couple of levels. I'm even sporting a new wand thanks to Bob (thanks!) and even scarier, I got a party invite as soon as I left town (gasp!).
