G.W. keeps hurting me, but I keep going back. I'm getting sick of this, but since it's pretty much impossible to find any HORDES / WARMACHINE players that aren't douchebags (since HTU died) my wargaming jones just hasn't been satisfied

That army clocks in at $565, without the proper models to represent the two special characters. I have no idea how the hell you can do that since they won't be making models to represent them, and since they don't do bits any more you can't convert them...
Lemme relax my sphincter a bit more so you can fit that big financial phallus a bit further up there.
Of course these are the same guys who re-released Talisman, Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay, and finally finished the much delayed 40K RPG, only to within the following week shut down the arm of the company responsible for producing these items.
This is also the same company who completely scrapped 5th edition 40K because the playtesters version of the main rulebook got leaked (really, I have it!) purely out of spite for their customers who dared to be curious as to what the future held for their game.
I'm glad New Line Cinema is raping G.W. for every royalty penny they cam squeeze from LoTR. Make way for Privateer Press. They just keep getting the job done where G.W. fails.
If WARMACHINE / HORDES or Anima Tactics (by Edge Entertainment- think Exalted the tabletop game- http://www.animarpg.com/ ) had a reliable place to game, I'd be all over them.
Hell, Flames of War sounds good, and I fuckin' HATE that botched abortion of a game. It's pretty bad when the best thing a game has going for it is Nazis.
