Thoughts from my constitutional
You know what I'd like? If, on the next day that it gets warm enough for the sidewalks to get really slushy (like tomorrow is forecast to be), everyone went out at the end of the afternoon and walked up and down all the sidewalks in the neighborhood. That way, if the next day is freezing cold again (like Tuesday is forecast to be), the frozen sidewalks will at least have texture and traction, instead of being smooth skating rinks of slippery doom. Just sayin'.
