Four days ago he was 5lb11oz and 20in! At 37w1d. We couldn't do the circ as planned because we needed to get basic labs to r/o Von willebrand's. we got them and they're normal. So circ in 3 days. Not looking forward to caring for it!

He decided to cluster feed yesterday morning between 3a and 6a. It's usually dh's job to feed him overnight as ds2 takes 3 fortified breast milk bottles and I get up and pump at these times. He wants to nurse every 30-60 minutes from about 6p-10p. Cluster feeding sucks.

He's 36w0d today. I was induced with my older son at 36w0d. Crazy.

Our little man was 5lb1oz and 18.75in today at his well newborn visit!

People comment on his size. Oh he's so tiny! Of course he is, he was 8 weeks early and even now hasn't reach term. And as to how old he is, how do I answer? Corrected or actual age? No one will get his corrected age until he reaches 40 weeks. He will be more of an average size ( Read more... )

It's crazy. The last time I posted, I was about 23 weeks or so. After that, everything is such a blur. I was in no mood for blogging.

At 24w6d, I had a bleed. Not huge, but still bright red. I got admitted to Arrowhead hospital for 3 days. I was on mag. The bleeding stopped and I got to go home. Strict bedrest. I stayed in our bedroom almost all ( Read more... )
